This tastes good with hot rolls. For our family, I split the recipe in half:
1/4 pound unsalted butter, at room temperature
3 tablespoons good honey
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
Combine the butter, honey, cinnamon, and salt in the bowl of an
electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. [I don't have a paddle attachment, so I just mixed it by hand and it turned out fine. Since the butter was at room temperature, if was soft and easy to stir.] Serve at room
temperature.
