Alfredo Sauce
2 c milk
1/3 c cream cheese
2 Tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp butter
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 c grated Parmesan cheese
Blend milk through salt in blender. Melt butter in sauce pan with garlic. Add flour and cook for a few minutes to thicken. Slowly add blended milk and small chunks of cream cheese and stir until melted and combined and thickened. Add parm. It will thicken more as it sits.
If you're feeling adventurous, add ham and cheese.
